What are your operating hours?

LoftLinks is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Platinum Members enjoy access during Off-Peak hours only, while PlatinumPlus Members have both Prime-Time and Off-Peak access.

What does the member discount include?

The member discount applies to select lessons, classes, prime-time rentals, and merchandise. Not all items or services are eligible for the discount. Please check with staff for current eligible items.

Can I change or cancel my membership?

Yes. Both memberships are designed to be flexible with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice via email to the address on your receipt. Your membership and billing will continue during this notice period with no refunds or prorations.

How do I reserve simulator time?

Book directly through our online portal or mobile app. Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance for Off-Peak hours, and up to 14 days in advance for Prime-Time hours (PlatinumPlus only). All reservations are subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reservation time—or failure to arrive—will result in the full list-price charge to the credit card on file. Please review our Booking Policy above for complete details.
