At LoftLinks UES, all purchases come with clear usage windows to ensure an organized and flexible booking experience. Please review the expiration timelines below:

Simulator Rentals

• Single Rental: Expires 90 days from the date of purchase.
• 5-Pack: Expires 60 days from the date of purchase.
• 10-Pack: Expires 120 days from the date of purchase.

All simulator sessions must be booked and used within the stated timeframes. Late arrivals will forfeit any missed time. No refunds, extensions, or exchanges apply.

Private Lessons (Adult & Junior)

• Single Lesson: Expires 60 days from the date of purchase.
• 5-Pack: Expires 60 days from the date of purchase.
• 10-Pack: Expires 120 days from the date of purchase.

Lesson reservations must be scheduled within the expiration window. All sales are final. No refunds, extensions, or exchanges.

Golfers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All simulator rentals, lessons, and classes must be canceled at least twelve (12) hours in advance. Cancelations within twelve (12) hours will result in a full charge to your credit card on file, or a full deduction from your series.

No-shows will also be charged the full amount. You can cancel your appointment online or by calling us.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your start time. Any time lapsed past your reservation start time is non-refundable.

LoftLinks reserves the right to release reservations after their 15-minute start time has passed, to another client, without a refund.

LoftLinks Members: Cancelations (or no-shows) within twelve (12) hours will result in a full list price charge to your credit card on file for the time reserved.

This policy helps us maintain fair access and smooth scheduling for every player. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please do so with reasonable notice to avoid the fee. We appreciate your respect for our team and fellow guests.

The use of any swing aids deemed dangerous by LoftLinks is strictly prohibited in the simulator. It is the client's responsibility to verify permitted aids with a LoftLinks associate to avoid any safety risks.

• Any guest under 15 must always be accompanied by a guest over 18
• Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of someone's swing path
• Be aware of your backswing and follow-through
• Before you swing any clubs, check your surroundings (monitor, TV, wall, people, etc.)
• Golf balls and clubs must be clean
• Metal spikes, soft-spikes, and open-toed shoes are not permitted
• No food or beverage within the hitting area
• No climbing, leaning, or sitting on sim bay walls
• Obey all verbal and posted rules and instructions
• Only one person in a bay at a time, unless with a LoftLinks instructor
• Players must hit from the green carpet at all times, including practice swings
• Profanity is strictly prohibited
• Report any accidents immediately
• Throwing golf balls is not permitted
