All simulator rentals, lessons, and classes must be cancelled at least twelve (12) hours in advance. Cancellations within twelve (12) hours will result in a full charge to your credit card on file, or a full deduction from your series.

No-shows will also be charged the full amount. You can cancel your appointment online or by calling us.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your start time. Any time lapsed past your reservation start time is non-refundable.

LoftLinks reserves the right to release reservations after their 15-minute start time has passed, to another client, without a refund.
