Cancellation Policy
- All simulator rentals, lessons, and classes must be canceled at least twelve (12) hours in advance. Cancelations within twelve (12) hours will result in a full charge to your credit card on file, or a full deduction from your series
- No-shows will also be charged the full amount. You can cancel your appointment online or by calling us.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your start time. Any time lapsed past your reservation start time is non-refundable
- LoftLinks reserves the right to release reservations after their 15-minute start time has passed, to another client, without a refund
- LoftLinks Members: Cancelations (or no-shows) within twelve (12) hours will result in a full list price charge to your credit card on file for the time reserved.
